Partners In Ministry

PROJECT LEAD

Partners in Ministry recognised the benefits of creating a project to manage the establishment and development of the organisation. With a goal in mind but no roadmap to achieve it, a project based approach was adopted to improve the likelihood of a successful outcome while demonstrating good stewardship over its funding.

our engagement

We worked together to agree the key up front objectives for Partners in Ministry including them in a project plan. The objectives were then grouped and broken down into grouped tasks for completion (essentially establishing a work breakdown structure). With this clarity (work program) we were then able to reach out to partners where tasks could not be self-performed, or where specific expertise was required to complete and resource the tasks.

the PROJECT outcome

Partners in Ministry was able to establish itself as a fully functioning organisation including meeting statutory and governance obligations, back office functions and establishing its internal infrastructure. Effectively from start up to an organisation poised for growth.

Through the journey the Church Leadership Project was established which includes online learning in partnership with Excelsia College and Waterloo Studios to provide contextualised training and support for Church Leaders.

THE REAL DIFFERENCE

We continue to support Partners in Ministry as it grows and expands across geographies and explores new methods and areas to support ministries. Our contribution at Narrow Path Solutions is to assist by working together to build contextualised objectives, tasks, milestones, timeframes and managing the journey for realisation of the Partners in Ministry vision.

“The team were quickly able to get across our key project requirements and develop a project plan to enable us to manage our change program. “
